Welcome! Arrival and dinner at the Lodge. Take your time, settle in, unpack, enjoy a cocktail and the view, then head to the Lodge when you get hungry. Please let us know if you will be arriving late, so we can make sure you get something to eat.

• 8-10p - Welcome party, cocktails and music at the Stables. Casual attire. We’re so excited you’re here!

Friday, May 5th - Morning

Good morning! Wake up and enjoy Northern New Mexico! Breakfast is available in the Main Lodge dining room from 6:30 - 9:30a.

Vermejo offers a variety of activities available to guests. Please see link to guided and unguided activities here and link to massage menu here. Reach out to the hotel directly at 575-445-3097 to book your activity in advance.

For anyone interested in fly fishing, this is a great time to fish the streams in the high country for Rio Grande Cutthroats.  Please let Allison know at allison@exploreranches.com or 512.917.7443 if this is something you want to do, and she will arrange it.

Friday, May 5th - Afternoon

We’re heading to Merrick Lake for the start of a great afternoon. For all those willing to participate, we have some fun planned to ensure we’re all friends by Friday night. If this doesn’t sound like something you want to do, lunch will be available in the dining room, and you are welcome to enjoy Vermejo’s many activities for the afternoon. And if your sport is spectating, c’mon!

• 12:00am-1:00pm - Offsite Lunch or Lunch in the Lodge Dining Room

• 1:00-4:00p - Compadres Challenge (please bring the bandana we’ve left in your room)

Friday, May 5th - Evening

¡Orale! Let’s celebrate. Cinco de Mayo dinner and party at Merrick Lake. Attire is festive casual. Dinner will be held outside on the banks of the lake. It may be chilly, but heaters will be available!

• 5:30p - Meet at the Main Lodge. Guests board shuttle back to Merrick Lake.

• 5:30p - 6:30p - Cocktails

• 7:00p - Dinner

• 8:30p - 10:30p - Fiesta continues back at the Main Lodge.

Saturday, May 6th - Daytime

Kick off the day with Cowboy Breakfast along the banks of the Vermejo River from 8:00 - 10:00am.

The morning offers an opportunity to enjoy guided or unguided activities (linked here), massages, or lounging in your own way.

• 11:00a - 1:00p - Lunch in the Main Lodge.

The afternoon provides more opportunity to explore Vermjo, sign up for an activity or enjoy the scenery at your leisure.

Saturday, May 6th - Going to the Chapel

We are so grateful you are able to join us for this special moment and excited to begin our married life together with our closest family and friends by our side!

• 5:-5:30p - Meet at the Main Lodge for pre-ceremony champagne and depart for Munn Lake

• 6:00p - Wedding ceremony at Munn Lake

• 6:30-7:30p - Cocktails on Main Lawn

• 7:30-11:00p - Dinner and Dancing

Wedding ceremony and reception attire is ranch cocktail. Heels discouraged, boots welcome, cold weather possible, dance moves appreciated.

Sunday, May 7th - See You Soon

While it will be hard to say goodbye, we know the time will eventually come to give big hugs and send you on your way back home. We know everyone has a travel day ahead of them, and many of you will have planes to catch. Please let us know what we can do to make your departure easy and that you get something to eat.

• 7:00a - 10:00a - Breakfast at the Main Lodge. Come and go as you please.
